electrical inspection condition report

Periodic Electrical Testing & EICR Inspections

We provide full Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICRs), essential for keeping your systems compliant and insurable. Venues that are open to the public are advised to undertake a full EICR every three years, either as a complete inspection or split across a rolling programme of testing one-third of the installation annually.

An EICR (also known as a periodic inspection) checks the condition and safety of your entire electrical system. Following testing, you’ll receive a complete report showing all findings and recommendations and follow-up consultation to discuss the report. All work is carried out by qualified electricians who specialise in theatrical and performance environments, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges these installations present.

LOLER Inspections for Lifting Equipment

Our team provides certified LOLER inspections to assess the safety of your lifting systems and equipment, including pulleys, wire rope systems, shackles, clamps, slings, and couplers. Under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER), lifting equipment and accesories must be thoroughly inspected by a competent person at a maximum interval of 12 months to remain compliant and safe.

Regular use of rigging systems leads to wear and degradation — even minor issues can pose significant risks. If you’re unsure when your last inspection took place or your next check is due, we can help. Our qualified engineers carry out LOLER inspections with care and precision, followed by a comprehensive written report outlining any actions needed to bring your system to a safe, compliant standard.

Get in Touch today to arrange for one of our qualified and experienced engineers to perform a thorough LOLER inspection of your lifting equipment and provide a detailed report with recommendations to keep your system safe, compliant, and ready for use.

Proof Load Testing from Creative Spark

Proof Load Testing & Rigging Certification

If you’re unsure how much weight your existing rigging points or flying bars can safely handle, our proof load testing service provides the answer — along with the paperwork to back it up. Using equipment specifications and load calculations, we determine the safe working load for each point and test it under controlled conditions to confirm its reliability.

As part of the testing we will carry out a full visual inspection of all rigging components, making sure they’re in good working condition and safe for continued use. You’ll receive load certification and if needed, recommendations to improve or reinforce your system.
