Dan’s passion for theatre installation and lighting began at a young age. After earning a BA (Hons) in Lighting Design from Rose Bruford College, he gained years of practical experience in technical theatre and live events. A qualified electrician, Dan leads the team’s technical projects, specialising in lighting control consoles and AV integration. His attention to detail guarantees high-quality execution on every project. Outside of work, Dan is a keen home cook.

Claire’s early exposure to technical theatre fostered a strong passion for detail and quality. She brings a creative touch to theatre design and event management, always aiming to enhance the audience experience. Outside the office, Claire enjoys netball, reading, and time with family.

Ryan brings extensive experience in theatre installation and live event lighting, strengthening Creative Spark’s technical team. His background includes theatre, festivals, and conferences, with deep knowledge of lighting control consoles and AV systems integration. Ryan enjoys tackling technical challenges and expanding his toolkit.

With a strong foundation in arts and technical theatre, Will combines creative lighting design with practical event management skills. He’s a valued member of the theatre installation team, known for his technical expertise and innovative approach. Will’s hobbies include outdoor activities and LEGO.

Nicola brings decades of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on strong client relationships and clear communication. Her organisational skills keep the business running smoothly, making her the go-to for client support and logistics. She also makes an excellent cuppa!

Laura’s background in graphic design adds a creative edge to her administrative role. She ensures smooth office operations through strong organisational skills and a passion for lists.

Jade specialises in social media and content creation, showcasing our projects with style and professionalism. She’s dedicated to helping clients realise the full potential of their theatre installations and events.

Wayne brings expertise in logistics and equipment management, ensuring all theatre installation gear and event supplies are ready and on time for every project.
