Claire developed an interest in lighting and technical theatre at an early age whilst helping her dad with his school productions. Her passion for doing things properly and her attention to detail make her a real asset to any event — particularly where she can bring in a little theatre craft. Claire is one of our most experienced event production designers, with a talent for bringing spaces to life.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing netball, and reading when she can.

Dan has had a passion for electrics and lighting since a young age and always aspired to a career in lighting. After earning a BA Hons in Lighting Design from Rose Bruford, he gained experience across all elements of event production, including time with a leading London events company. As a qualified electrician, he now leads Creative Spark’s technical event production with an exacting eye and a drive for perfection.

Away from work, Dan can often be found cooking up a storm — and makes a mean steak, medium rare.

Having built a career in the arts and technical theatre, Will has extensive experience organising and managing events, while also being a skilled lighting designer for both theatre and live event production. His strong technical skills paired with his creative approach make him an essential part of every project he’s involved with. As one of our leading event production technicians,

Will enjoys the outdoors and indulging in his enthusiasm for LEGO — where creativity and precision meet, or so he says.

Ryan joined the company earlier this year, bringing with him years of experience in theatre and live event production. His role involves designing and installing theatrical spaces, drawing on his background in backstage work for both educational and professional settings. Ryan’s many years of experience in stage lighting span theatre, live music, festivals, and conferences. As one of our highly skilled event production specialists, he’s also pleased that the job enables his addiction to buying and using shiny new tools and gadgets.

Iain began his career in the electronic security industry, focusing on installation and service, before moving into sales and then IT project management within the UK government. A skilled problem solver, Iain excels in understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and delivering reliable support across our range of event production services.

Outside of work, he’s a keen DIYer and enjoys the great outdoors, either dog walking or mountain biking.

Wayne is an experienced facilities and logistics professional in the event production industry. In his warehouse role, he ensures efficient coordination of equipment, inventory, and transport — a vital part of delivering successful event production solutions.

His attention to detail keeps operations running smoothly and ensures that events are executed on time, every time.

Nicola has a background in marketing, sales, and brand partnerships. Forming strong relationships has been a key part of her work, and she values the importance of understanding client needs so that we can deliver exactly what’s required. With 27 years in the airline industry, Nicola brings a wealth of experience, a passion for travel, and exceptional communication skills — all of which support our event production team behind the scenes.

She also makes a ‘mean’ cuppa and loves a chat.

Laura has a lengthy design background within graphic design and the creative industries. Her unique experience and creative mindset are a welcome addition to the admin team.

Alongside her artistic eye, Laura is well-versed in the full scope of admin skills needed to support the smooth running of the business — including plenty of lists, both at work and at home!

With a love for social media, content creation, and marketing, Jade takes pride in highlighting the best moments from our clients’ weddings, events, and installs, making sure every detail shines. She plays a key role in sharing the scope of our event production management and creative work with new audiences.

Fun fact: Jade’s always cold — so she’s swapped the winter office for sunny Bali!
