Creative Spark was founded by husband-and-wife team Dan and Claire Terry, who bring over 40 years of combined experience in technical theatre and event production. Since starting the company in 2015, they have been dedicated to delivering the personal service they would expect themselves, building long-lasting client relationships grounded in trust and expertise.

Dan’s passion for lighting and electrics began early, leading him to a BA Hons in Lighting Design from Rose Bruford and years of experience in London’s leading events companies. As a qualified electrician, Dan combines creative vision with technical precision, ensuring your staging equipment and lighting run flawlessly.

Nicola has a background in Marketing, Sales and Brand Partnerships. Forming strong relationships with anyone she contacts has been a key part of her role and she values the importance of understanding needs so we can deliver exactly what is required. Having worked for an airline for over 27 years, Nicola brings a wealth of experience in a number of areas as well as a passion for travel! She has a drive for perfection, understanding the whole picture, attention to detail, plus great communication skills, making her the ideal person to speak to for all areas of the business. She also makes a ‘mean’ cuppa and loves a chat!

To aid this, Laura loves a good list in both her work and home life!
